About the Company Zamzam for Engineering Industries was established in 2002 in Egypt as an ambitious manufacturing firm to produce sheet metal HVAC ducting systems. Over the time our portfolio has grown to include a very wide range of products such as HVAC ducts (round and rectangular) made of black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; air outlets; dampers; louvers; silencers; terminal boxes; VAV; and duct heaters. Other lines of products include cable management systems (cable trays, cable ladders, and cable trunks). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement internal audit plans. Oversee analysis and continuous monitoring of coating/paint baths. Manage and review all production stages for semi-finished and finished products. Supervise periodic inspections of raw materials in warehouses. Manage nonconformance cases and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure full implementation and compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. Lead, evaluate, and train team members under direct supervision. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in electrostatic coating. Strong knowledge of quality management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001. Full proficiency in using manual and digital measuring instruments. Excellent ability to identify manufacturing defects, including: Finishing defects Dimensional defects Drilling defects Assembly and conformity defects Excellent command of MS Office applications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
