Ø Purpose of Position - The job incumbent is responsible to assign the project manager to execute the construction project Ø Major Responsibilities Monitor the project schedule. Review the bill generated by contractor Monitor inventory of the project. . Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCCReview of QAP & Quality ManualFollow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements. Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)- Client relationship – Retention and Growth.- Cost control- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.- Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)- Development and management of human resources Ø Qualification and Experience- B. Sc in Civil with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ø Skills& Qualities: - Excellent interpersonal skills. - An intrinsic Task Master. - Should have good leadership abilities and skills.- Should have a pleasing personality
