QC ENGINEER – ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

• Location: Hougang / Buangkok (Nearest MRT)
• Salary: S$3,200 – S$4,500/month (commensurate with experience)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of QC experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SQA and audit processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulations.
• Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards.
• Exposure to QC processes for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• IPC or Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other quality/statistical tools.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

• Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final QC (FQC) audits with accurate documentation.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans aligned with ISO and regulatory standards.
• Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and incoming material inspections.
• Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives and maintain QC documentation.
