Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our quality control team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications before they reach our clients. Responsibilities Conduct inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to effectively assess product quality. Document and report any nonconformities or defects found during inspections, recommending corrective actions as necessary. Perform functional and visual tests on products to ensure they meet performance requirements. Work closely with production teams to provide feedback and guidance on quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of inspection processes, findings, and corrective actions taken. Assist in the development of quality control procedures and best practices. Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and updates. High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in quality control or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and inspection processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control. Relevant certifications in quality inspection are a plus.
