JJOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct inspection of incoming, in-process and final inspection on machined parts, weldments and assemblies as per technical drawings, customer’s specifications and requirements through the use of various types of inspection equipment set up
• Perform dimension check on parts, components and tools using micrometers, calipers, comparators, indicator, CMM & CREAFOAM
  Perform visual, mechanical and functional check on components.

Report non-compliance parts to QA Engineer

• Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing components/parts
• Understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures.
• Responsible for conducting inspection in accordance with approved technical data.
