Job Description Job Purpose Responsible for all Mechanical Quality inspections, carryout the construction activities with approved quality documents and drawings. Responsible to Preparation of all type WPS, PQR and WQT as per organization and Projects requirement. Maintained Welders records and update the all welding work related logs. Reporting to all site activities on weekly and monthly basis to Lead QA/QC. Job Responsibilities Conduct inspection of mechanical works such as piping, structural, static and rotating equipment installation. Verify materials, welding consumables, and equipment meet approved specifications. Review and ensure compliance with project drawings, WPS, and ITP requirements. Witness and record fit-up, welding, dimensional, hydrostatic, and pneumatic tests. Monitor welder qualifications and ensure adherence to approved WPS. Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections and approvals. Ensure all inspection records, test reports, and quality documents are properly maintained. Identify and report non-conformances and verify implementation of corrective actions. Support QA/QC Engineer in maintaining the project quality system. Participate in internal and external audits when required. . Qualifications Bachelor degree (B. Tech in Mechanical ) Additional Information Well knowledge QMS, Good Communication Skills, HVAC Inspection Skills, Customer focus, Good knowledge in MS office. Work ability in multitask disciplines. Previously Approved from ADNOC onshore and offshore Jobs Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 Years
