About the role :

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality.
• Confirm all machine parts have final inspection for compliance with drawing details.
• Ensure all measuring tools and equipment are calibrated to specifications.
• Operate and program CMM and perform inspections of critical components.
• Conduct hardness tests and premium thread inspections.
• Process inspections and non-conformance reports.
• Maintain traceability of all parts inspected.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Mentor junior QC inspectors and make daily quality decisions.
• Prepare inspection reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
