Description

1. JOB SUMMARY Perform inline product inspection and RM/ORM inspection according to the set Quality Plan to ensure that products meet customer requirements and purchased Material are within specs. 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to • Perform the required inline testing for the job order to ensure that required specifications are met. • Attend job start-up and approve dispatching start-up sample for Lab. testing after performing all required inline inspection. • Fill Quality Control Inspection Report (QCIR) upon product inspection to document findings and safeguard records. • Initiate Internal Rejections (IRs) for out of specs products, label the respective product with a “Hold” tag, relocate it to the Quarantine area and submit the IR form to QC Team Leader. • Once approved by QC Unit Head, Submit IR Report to the concerned Section Head in order to conduct proper investigation. • Upon IR finalization, label the Hold product with the correspondent tag (Segregate tag, Caution tag, Waste tag…) in order for the IR outcome to be clearly visible to the concerned section. • Inspect the Re-worked goods to ensure resulting product is free of defects. • Collect samples for retention to ensure traceability and revert back upon need. • Stamp product labels and pallet labels after verifying contents. • Inspect Raw Material (RM) and Other Raw Material (ORM) according to the set Quality Plan, raise RM/ORM Rejection Reports for the out of the specs Material and relay it to QC Unit Head, to ensure that all purchased Material meet required specifications (applicable for RM/ORM Inspectors). 3. JOB DYNAMICS & INTERFACES • Internal: All QC team. • External: Production, Quality Assurance and Warehouse. 4. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES • Education & Experience Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is preferably acquired thru a Technical degree or High School degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field. • Competencies Profile (Refer to competencies mapping) 5. SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS • Good physical condition and ability to work under high stress. • Ability to work alternating shifts.

Responsibilities

The primary duties involve performing inline product inspections and raw/other raw material inspections according to the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with customer requirements and material specifications. This includes testing, documenting findings via QCIRs, initiating internal rejections for non-conforming products, and verifying reworked goods.
