Description

Responsibilities: 1) Checks JFT before stating production. 2) Checks RM before starting production. 3) Performs QC production start-up inspection. 4) Performs Production online inspection. 5) Separating nonconforming material with HOLD tags and releasing conforming materials with QC PASSED tag. 6) Checks that HOLD materials are scrapped according to QA unit head recommendation & OP approval. 7) Collects appropriate samples upon each new order printing/production for job jacket preparation. 8) Reports daily inspection sheets to Unit head. 9) Handover the shift through the logbook to next shift. 10) Directly reports Non-conformance to Unit head and follows-up on corrective actions. 11) Notifies Shift Supervisor and machine crew about non-conforming products. 12) - Conducts FG shipping inspection upon each shipping loading and gives clearance upon conformance. . B) Authorities: 1- Approves First Piece Production of the job order. 2- Holds production on any machine for non conformity product.

Responsibilities

The QC Inspector is responsible for conducting daily inspections of production lines, including start-up and online checks. They manage the separation of non-conforming materials and provide final clearance for finished goods shipping.
