ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE: * Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner. * Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP. * Knowledge and use of National and Foreign languages both spoken and written. * Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations. * Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. * Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions. * Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Conduct root cause analyses on quality incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
