JOB DESCRIPTION – QC INSPECTOR (MECHANICAL / PIPELINE)

Position: QC Inspector (Mechanical/Pipeline)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline projects.
• In-depth knowledge of industry codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• ADNOC or other oil & gas project experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Language:

• Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Monitor all stages of construction and fabrication activities to guarantee quality assurance.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and other quality documentation.
• Verify welding, piping, and mechanical works in accordance with approved drawings and procedures.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure that all quality records are regularly updated and submitted for client approval.
• Participate in audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
