Quality Control (QC) Basel/Kaiseraugst comprises approximately 350 employees, organized in 7 departments with subordinary structures and is a central key point for the manufacturing of high quality medicines.
GMP Compliance is a key to ensure reliable and efficient analytics for the safety of our products and for the health of patients

Responsibilities
  • Member of the GMP Systems and Investigation section
  • Leading and owning of critical or complex deviations and investigations within the QC organization
  • Focus on quality KPIs within the QC department
  • Supporting and leading deviation huddles and ensuring support for the quality control organization in this regard
  • Improving GMP compliance by proactively contributing to root cause analysis and CAPA measures
  • Overseeing ongoing improvement activities in the deviation / investigation area within the QC
  • Continuously improve technical writing in the QC organizatio
