We are looking for a Full-Time, Permanent, QC Lab Technician for a Monday through Friday day shift. The primary responsibility is to perform chemical and physical tests required for quality control of raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities: · Conduct quality checks in-process and finished goods · Determine batch and color adjustments for final approval · Conducts quality checks as part of the acceptance process for raw materials · Administration tasks including preparing reports, keeping detailed record-keeping and correspondence · Performs other duties as assigned by the manager Requirements What You Need to Get the Job Done: · Ability to operate Q.C. equipment; operating mixers to tint small batch samples · Strong ability to distinguish between different color samples to determine near color misses · Acute attention to detail · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills · Ability to manage priorities and workflow · Ability to communicate and work effectively with other departments · Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm · History of reliability and accountability What You'll Love About Us: Great Company Culture: Ownership culture means being invested in each other's success.
