For our CDMO Business Unit, specialized in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), we are looking for a QC Laboratory Manager to take the responsibility for managing our highly motivated and skilled QC team/processes. Our laboratories are located in Ter Apel (region of Groningen, the Netherlands). Your tasks will mainly focus on the day-to-day management of the analytical team, guiding the analysis and release of our API’s, and the internal and external collaboration to make sure we can deliver our high quality materials in the most efficient way.

• Lead and coach an expert team specialized in chemical analyses.
• Ensure that quality and compliance always come first within a GMP environment.
• Organize QC processes efficiently and contribute to operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Act as a sparring partner for the QC team, Supervisors, as well as for other departments within the Business Unit such as Development & Manufacturing, Operations, QA and RA.
• Build strong relationships with clients outsourcing analytical testing, and keep serving them as a trusted partner.
• Contribute in commercial projects, from proposals to client presentations.
