Regional Leadership & Oversight

  • Lead, support, and mentor QC teams across all European project locations.
  • Ensure consistent application of QC procedures, inspection processes, and documentation.
  • Provide leadership guidance on complex quality issues and NCR/Defect resolution.
  • Work closely with Regional Directors, Project Directors, and Quality/Engineering functions.

  

Quality Control Execution

  • Oversee completion and approval of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality checklists.
  • Ensure all QC activities are aligned with project specifications, statutory requirements, and client standards.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality walks across all active projects.
  • Verify materials, installations, and systems meet compliance and certification requirements.

Standards, Processes & Governance

  • Drive harmonisation and standardisation of QC procedures across all European sites.
  • Develop regional QC guidance documents, templates, and best-practice playbooks.
  • Implement lessons learned and quality improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed on time.

  

Quality Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Ensure accurate and timely QC reporting for each project.
  • Track KPIs including: NCR performance, defects, rework trends, audit findings, and close-out compliance.
  • Present monthly/quarterly QC updates to senior leadership.
  • Support quality related risk assessments and mitigation plans.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as regional QC representative for client meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Support buildability reviews, design coordination, and technical workshops.
  • Provide early QC input during pre construction and startup phases.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 7+ years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within construction, data centres, MEP, or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, and commissioning quality requirements.
  • Experience leading multi site or multi country teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of inspection processes, ITPs, and QA/QC standards.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Europe.

  

Desirable

  • Experience within hyperscale data centre projects.
  • Chartered status or relevant engineering qualification.
  • Familiarity with digital quality systems (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, Zutec).
  • Background working with Tier 1 contractors or global clients.
