Job Description We are seeking a QC / Material Inspector with 4–8 years of UAE experience in infrastructure civil works to join our project team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on infrastructure projects under authorities such as RTA, DM, ADM, or similar government entities. The role involves inspecting construction materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with consultants, laboratories, and site teams to maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect and verify construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved material submittals, and authority requirements. Conduct material inspections for civil infrastructure works including roadworks, utilities, drainage, concrete, and related activities. Coordinate with consultants and third-party laboratories for material testing and approvals. Review Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and ensure proper documentation before submission to the consultant. Monitor site activities and materials usage to ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved method statements. Maintain records of material approvals, test reports, and inspection documentation. Follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Liaise with site engineers, procurement teams, and suppliers regarding material approvals and quality issues. Ensure compliance with RTA / DM / ADM standards and project specifications. Support the QA/QC team in maintaining quality management system documentation. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 4–8 years of UAE experience in infrastructure civil works with a main contractor. Experience working on projects under RTA, Dubai Municipality (DM), Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), or similar authorities. Strong knowledge of material inspection procedures, MIR submissions, and testing standards. Familiarity with roads, utilities, drainage, and general infrastructure works. Ability to coordinate with consultants, laboratories, and project teams. Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory). Good communication and documentation skills.
