Job Title: QC Technician (Infusion) Date: XX/XX/2025 Job Description: The Quality Control (QC) Technician is expected to monitor and document the production process within the Infusion department. He/she must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to complete all assigned tasks. The QC Technician must be able to meet a high standard of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position requires mutual respect, active communication and collaborative teamwork. Department Specific Responsibilities • Calibrate analytical instruments on a scheduled basis • Use analytical instruments to obtain o Brix values using refractometers o Temperature values using thermometers o Titratable acid values using pH meters o Weight of fruit samples using weighing scales • Visually inspect any material rejected by the optical sorter • Record observations on forms o Physical format – respective MF 14XX forms o Digital format - Infusion Turns Log (data entry) • Assist in the grading of fruits General QC Technician Responsibilities • Conduct daily inspection and record observations on cGMP Infusion Checklist • Perform pre-operational sanitation verification using ATP swabs and ATP reader • Submit work orders for food safety related maintenance issue • Initiate Hold for non-conforming items • Assist in the Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) by swabbing areas in Infusion • Assist in the training of new team members • Report any issues or unusual observations to the QC Lead • Maintain good housekeeping practices • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by QC Lead or Quality management Job Location: Infusion Department floor and laboratory Company Industry: Manufacturing Job Role: Quality Control Technician Joining Date: Job Level: Entry-level Employment Type: Full Time Annual Salary Range: DOE Reports to: Quality Control Lead Employment Requirements: • Preferred bilingual • Must be able to read and write in English • Basic mathematics • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must have reliable transportation • Must be self-motivated • Must work well with others • Must be willing to follow leadership • Must possess, or be trainable in, basic computer literacy skills Working Conditions: • Must be able to sit or stand and walk for up to 8 hours Form: MF-xx Rev. 1.0 Effective: Day 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Grave 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
