Company/Role:

• Food Manufacturing Company based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne seeking QC Officer to join their team 
• Casual contract with 1-3 shifts per week
• Ongoing position, with potential for full-time work
• Seeking enthusiastic food graduates with internship experience 
• Should be flexible to do day shift (10am to 4pm) and afternoon shift (4pm to 1:30am).

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• QC checks along the manufacturing line
• Raw material assessment
• Basic wet chemistry (titrations, pH)
• Laboratory housekeeping
• Calibration of instrumentation
• Filing and paperwork
• Occasional Microbiological Testing

About you - 

• Completed a Bachelor of Science (Food Science) or a related discipline. 
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment 
• Strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license and vehicle required
• Quality focused individual with excellent attention to detail. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Work experience from a fast paced environment
