Description

Perform daily inspection according to the quality plan to ensure that the produced item meets the required specifications. -Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures * Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives * Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. * Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards. *

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections and operate production machinery according to quality plans and SOPs. Test and benchmark process parameters in QC labs to identify deviations and drive manufacturing improvements.
