Description

Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QC laboratory computerized systems and automated laboratory equipment. The role ensures reliable, compliant, and secure operation of laboratory systems, supporting laboratory operations, data integrity requirements, system integrations, and regulatory compliance within a GMP environment.
Provide technical ownership and lifecycle management of QC laboratory systems and automated laboratory equipment.
Support administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory platforms including Empower, LabX, LIMS, and instrument control software.
Manage system integrations between laboratory instruments, enterprise applications, Active Directory, and site IT/OT infrastructure.
