Control supplier quality (Material/ OS FGs): work with supplier about quality issue and monitor until closing. Weekly audit on shopfloor. Monitor and analyze data: NCR, customer complaint, audit finding to take improvement actions. Prepare and respond to quality audits from outside. Prepare weekly reports on quality status both in-house and customer complaint. Other tasks will be assigned by superiors. Qualifications Graduated from college or higher. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the QA/QC department or having worked in a production environment. Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a QC team of about 10-15 people. Problem solving skills, conflict management, logical thinking and effective communication skills. Teamwork skills. Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), basic functions in Excel (if, ifs, sumif, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table, etc.). Can read and understand English documents related to error standards. Responsibilities
The QC Technician will handle customer complaints and control supplier quality by working with suppliers on quality issues. They will also conduct weekly audits on the shop floor and monitor and analyze data to implement improvement actions.
