Job Description Check and execute under the statistical process applying to each type of products when manufacturing. Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy on report. Check visual all of the label, PO #, SO # and technical detects on the products and advise Supervisor, Team Leader, Operators, limit the detects and improve the production process. Recording inspection results by completing reports at the end of shift, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database. Accepting or rejecting finished items, refer SOP/Tolerance/Approved Card. Reject and record all products and materials that fail to meet specifications by NCR or CAR. Reporting inspection and testing data. Training the production team or new QC Operator on quality control measures to improve product excellence. Support QC Team Leaders verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly and keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements. Consult for the RSL (restricted substances list) and handle the RSL testing including: Oeko-tex, RB RSL, etc. Coordinate with other department for the payment process after testing/audit Working with global team to deploy the global product compliance project Others Tasks as supervisor required. Qualifications Vocational, College's Degree or related 0-1 year of experience in related field Must have good vision, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination Skilled in basic math skills and legible handwriting Must be able to follow verbal and written assembly instructions
Responsibilities
The QC Technician is responsible for checking and executing statistical processes during manufacturing, ensuring product quality and accuracy in reporting. They will also train production teams on quality control measures and support QC Team Leaders in equipment calibration.
