WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a laboratory setting, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be proficient in using laboratory equipment and software. Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a laboratory environment is also required. A degree is a scientific discipline or related field is desired, as well as experience in a specific area of research or testing pertinent to the labs focus.

Responsibilities:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and reputable global company as a Laboratory Technician where you will be joining their team on a temporary basis! This is a 3-month contract which covers a sabbatical leave period, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic laboratory environment. The successful candidate will carry out analytical testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure the quality of our product range.
Your day-to-day duties:
- Conduct analytical testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and control the quality of the product range.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately updated.
- Guarantee compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the lab.
- Assist in the preparation of samples, reagents, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to support ongoing research and projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in the lab
