What You’ll Do As our QC Lab Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our concrete block and aggregate products. You’ll keep our standards high and our projects successful by: Pulling, testing, and evaluating block & aggregate samples (up to 50 lbs) Inspecting truck beds to ensure material quality and compliance Keeping the QC Lab organized, efficient, and running smoothly Mixing and matching product colors to customer specs Pitching in with other duties that support our quality mission What You Bring We’re looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a commitment to excellence: Strong communication and professionalism with all levels of staff & customers Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Experience with state/federal documentation (a plus!) A “jump-in and get it done” attitude — independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons Work Environment Your days will be a mix of indoor and outdoor work — no boring desk-only job here!
