QDI - Tableau Developer This is your mission Are you passionate about data visualization and business insights? Then this position is for you. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-value dashboards and analytics solutions within a fast-paced data ecosystem, serving Global Markets front-office teams. Build side: You will contribute to the design and evolution of data visualization solutions: Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights Translate business requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually impactful dashboards Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability Participate in data modeling and optimization to support reporting and analytics needs Contribute to data visualization best practices and standards Run side: You will ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of existing solutions: Monitor and optimize dashboard performance and data queries Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related technical issues Perform data quality checks and support data cleansing activities Maintain detailed documentation of dashboards, data sources, and processes Provide user support, training sessions, and workshops for dashboard consumers Stay up to date with Tableau features, enhancements, and industry best practices This is your background You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer in demanding data or analytics environments. You enjoy working with complex datasets, collaborating with business stakeholders, and continuously improving data products. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.
