JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Focus : Day-to-Day Delivery and Collaboration

• Own sprint-level test planning and delivery, ensuring test activities align with DoD.
• Drive BDD process execution by facilitating 3 Amigos sessions with PO, TL, and QEs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to shift left and enable in-sprint automation.
• Ensure regression suite is leveraged optimally, with continuous improvement from defect leakage insights.
• Coordinate and lead release sign-off, validating that quality gates are met.
• Identify and address test case gaps, especially in BDD scenarios and automation.
• Guide QEs in writing clear, behavior-focused scenarios and reviewing Gherkin quality.
• Support defect triaging and Root Cause Analysis post-release.
