Responsibilities: Maintain MES system as a system administer to help fab engineers for trouble shooting and request execution. Execute the system set up request via GCP (global change process) Manage & lead internal or global projects and work with global team for system enhancement. Driving PCM related Metrics & KPI. Collaborate with cross function engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues with detailed solution. Develop solutions using tools provided by Micron to improve labor efficiency and mitigate risk during conversion. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & Proficient in English & Mandarin. Determined and proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges. Independent thinking ability.
