Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 半導体製造において、装置から収集される処理データの適切な監視(FDC;Fault Detect classification)は、装置異常の早期検知による製品影響の最小化、問題の特定と防止策の検討、品質や歩留まり向上をさせるためのKeyとなる技術である。FDC Engineerは、Process/Equipment Engineerと連携し、装置異常早期発見の改善、FDCに関わるBusiness Processの改善、効果的なモニター方法の開発を継続的に行う。また、MicronのGlobal Teamや海外生産FabのFDCチームとも連携し、ビジネスプロセスの改善プロジェクトにも携わる。業務詳細：・アサインされたプロジェクト業務について、スケジュール管理を行い実行する。・装置管理(FDC)の基本コンセプトを理解し、各エリアとFDC活動を改善する。・FDCコントローラーの開発、生産への適応、最適化、効果的で効率的な斬新なソリューションの提供を行う・IoTを用いたシステムの変更管理とMetric改善を実行する。・Business processの改善や品質向上のための方策を実施・FDCシステムのトラブルシューティング・最良のソリューションを提供するため、ローカルレベルとグローバルレベルのプロジェクトチームとのコラボレーションを実施・日々のFDC Health Check Activityをリードする。他部署(PEE,ME)のメンバーと協力し、設定漏れ、False alarmやChronic OOCを検出し低減させる。要件(すべてを満たす必要はない)；・一般的な統計プロセスコントロール（SPC）、FDC、およびデータ解析の知識を有する・基本的な統計学の知識と統計計算の理解・Fab装置についての基本的な理解・IoT技術の基本的な理解・Defence Lineのコンセプトの理解・分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っている・テクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある・Fabの装置とITホストのコミュニケーションやデータフローの理解がある・チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。・時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。・Microsoft Office（Excel/Word/Power point）スキルを有する・英語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する（高校卒業程度）・日本語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する学歴・経験；・エンジニア関連分野での学士または同等の経験 About Micron Technology, Inc. Responsibilities

The engineer is responsible for monitoring processing data to detect equipment abnormalities early and optimizing FDC controllers to minimize product impact. They collaborate with global teams and local engineers to improve business processes and lead daily FDC health check activities.
