This role focuses on executing high-quality functional and scenario-based testing aligned to real store operations, ensuring issues are identified early and clearly communicated. Key Responsibilities Execute hands-on testing of the POS solution throughout the implementation lifecycle. Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to design meaningful test scenarios. Create and maintain test cases and test data that reflect real-world store operations. Execute functional, regression, and scenario-based tests across POS workflows, including fuel, register, loyalty, payments, and kitchen. Accurately document test results, defects, and clear reproduction steps. Re-test resolved defects and confirm acceptance criteria are fully met. Key Skills & Experience Experience testing POS or other transactional systems. Ability to read and interpret user stories and business requirements. Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical testing approach. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative delivery environment. Success Looks Like Defects are identified early, clearly documented, and easy to reproduce. Minimal surprises during UAT. The QE Lead has reliable, high-quality execution support throughout the project.
