Job Description QHSE Administrator – Navantia UK (Methil) Navantia UK is building its team in Methil and we’re looking for an organised and proactive QHSE Administrator to support our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment functions. If you’re detail-driven, confident with data and documentation, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you. About the Role In this role, you’ll help ensure our QHSE standards are maintained across the site by managing documents, supporting audits, tracking data and acting as a key point of contact for quality-related queries. You’ll play an essential part in maintaining our Navantia UK Management System and supporting the wider team on all things QHSE. What You’ll Do Maintain and update the Navantia UK Management System, including procedures, records and reports. Check documents submitted for approval to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Communicate updates to new or revised QMS documents to the wider team. Maintain registers, logs, databases and records with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare presentations, reports, KPI tracking and proposals as required. Manage orders, track stock levels and maintain QHSE-related supplies. Assist with health and safety inspections and support PPE coordination. Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001). Provide general administrative and office support as needed. What You’ll Bring Experience in an administrative, assistant or similar role. Strong IT skills, including MS Office; SAP experience is a bonus. Familiarity with office procedures and quality management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling. Internal ISO auditing experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
