ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Advisor to support and enhance our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. This role also includes responsibility for progressing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tenders, ensuring submissions are compliant, timely, and aligned with business strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001) and SafeContractor accreditation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESQUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

• Maintain and continuously improve QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
• Monitor compliance and conduct regular internal audits and inspections.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Deliver QHSE inductions and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives in line with ISO 50001.
