This business is a leading manufacturer of specialist cables and hose assemblies, supplying industries including subsea oil and gas. Due to expanding accreditation requirements, the QHSE team is growing, and they are looking for a QHSE Engineer with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Ensuring the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
• Conducting regular audits and inspections, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions
• Developing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
• Delivering HSE training and inductions, ensuring employees are aware of regulations and safe working practices
• Managing non-conformance reporting, investigating incidents, and ensuring learnings are implemented
• Maintaining QHSE documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and distributed appropriately
• Supporting the expansion of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 accreditations alongside ISO 9001
• Acting as a key member of the Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery team
