We are looking for a talented QHSE Business Support and Improvement Assistant to be part of our HSE team!
The successful candidate in this role will provide vital administrative support to ensure that internal Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are met and exceeded. You will also play a crucial role in occupational health management, conducting ergonomic assessments, and monitoring health check requirements in collaboration with Human Resources.
Your ability to research and generate insightful reports will be essential in effectively communicating Quality and Safety updates to our global teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing Quality and Safety Moments for company-wide meetings, ensuring that important messages are conveyed in the most effective manner.

Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor and close out DSE assessments for UK staff, ensuring training materials align with UK regulations.
- Lead occupational health requirements , including health assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze global Your Safety Check assessments , identifying trends and issues for quarterly reporting.
- Condition and organize Your Safety Check data for easy site-level analysis.
- Track centre-level KPIs , including hazard and action closure rates, ensuring underperforming sites are identified and supported.
- Oversee project closure each month, ensuring client feedback return targets are met.
- Conduct reporting and analysis on client feedback to support business improvement.
- Maintain and support UK prequalification system requirements to ensure compliance.
