This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 150000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 1.5 - 4 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time • Performing QHSE audits and inspections by assessing adherence to regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The consultant will pinpoint areas needing enhancement and suggest corrective measures. • Developing and implementing QHSE management systems, which may include drafting or revising policies, procedures, and training resources. This could also involve introducing new technologies or software to enhance QHSE performance. • Designing and delivering training and awareness programs to employees on QHSE topics, promoting a safe and compliant workplace. • Investigating incidents and accidents by examining root causes, recommending preventive actions, and contributing to detailed incident reports. • Assisting clients or internal departments with QHSE compliance, including guidance on permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting obligations. • Creating and maintaining QHSE documentation to ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. • Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and best practices through continuous research and knowledge updates on QHSE regulations and standards. • Preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients or management teams. • Coordinating with external regulatory bodies to establish and sustain positive relationships with relevant authorities. • Managing budgets as applicable by overseeing allocated funds for projects and initiatives.
