Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies that enhance workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards, ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken.
• Facilitate QHSE training programs to educate employees on best practices and legal requirements.
• Analyze incident reports and data to identify trends, proposing solutions to mitigate future risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QHSE roles within the manufacturing or construction sectors.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or OHSAS 18001 is highly desirable.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
