Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and support ISO audits, specifically ISO 9100, ISO 14000, and ISO 41000 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in health & safety, policy interpretation, and compliance requirements, ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of quality, environmental management, and occupational health & safety. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9100, ISO 14000, and ISO 41000 requirements. Assist in preparing the organization for external certification and surveillance audits. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, statutory regulations, and ISO standards. Develop, review, and update organizational policies, procedures, and documentation in line with ISO requirements. Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities; propose corrective and preventive actions. Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on ISO standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audit readiness and implementation of corrective measures. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in ISO audit and compliance (ISO 9100, 14000, 41000). Experience in Health & Safety standards, compliance, and audit attendance. Strong knowledge of ISO policies, requirements, and documentation processes. Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO standards (preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Based in Bangalore (or willing to relocate).
