QHSE engineer (m/f/d) in Dresden

We are looking for a QHSE Engineer (m/f/d) for our client in Dresden. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for quality, health, safety and the environment, and will support compliance with all relevant legal and company requirements.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of quality, environment, health and occupational safety
  • Contact person for authorities, testing organizations and external institutions
  • Conducting risk analyses, safety inspections and hazard assessments
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of measures to improve occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Supporting specialist departments with all QHSE-related issues
  • Analysis of incidents and initiation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures
  • Planning and conducting training courses in the areas of occupational safety, compliance, hazardous substances and emergency management
  • Monitoring of QHSE key performance indicators and preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Support during audits and continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Creation and updating of emergency and security concepts
  • Promoting a sustainable safety and quality culture within the company
  • Collaboration with internal and external contacts at the regional and international level

Your profile for the position of QHSE Engineer (m/f/d):

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, environmental engineering, safety engineering, quality management or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the areas of QHSE, occupational safety, environmental management or compliance
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience in an industrial environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom or semiconductor environments is advantageous.
  • Very good German skills (at least C level) and very good English skills
  • Analytical and structured working method
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (approx. 10%)
  • Ideally, you would live in or near Dresden.
