REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in QHSE roles within manufacturing or related industries. (Senior Engineer candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience.)
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting monthly updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., WSH, QMS Internal Audit, or equivalent) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement in QHSE processes and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ensure the timely maintenance of all assets, including equipment and facilities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
  • Obtain and renew licenses and permits required from regulatory agencies such as NEA, SCDF, MOM, and other relevant authorities.
  • Conduct monthly safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and other safety awareness initiatives to foster a culture of safety across the organization.
  • Provide regular updates on QHSE status and initiatives through email newsletters and other internal communication channels.
  • Coordinate and monitor QC testing (incoming materials, in-process, and final inspections) in alignment with company SOPs.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and deliver QHSE training programs to promote awareness and engagement across teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to QHSE standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including procedures, manuals, and records, for internal and external audits.
  • Support new product development and operational initiatives by providing QHSE input during design and implementation stages.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement in QHSE practices.
  • Lead emergency response planning, drills, and incident investigations, ensuring proper follow-up actions are implemented and documented.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture by encouraging hazard reporting, near-miss tracking, and continuous feedback from employees.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support organizational goals.
