Description Force Pressure Control is seeking a professional, safety-oriented QHSE Superintendent or QHSE Manager to join its operations in Williston, ND. The QHSE Professional will assist and support the district QHSE Operations to ensure adherence to the company's QHSE and QMS programs. Drive a strategic safety approach in partnership with all levels of the organization. Identify trends and areas of risk within multiple operations and provide corrective measures. Continuously improve the safety culture through instruction and training to Safety and Operations leadership on key safety programs and initiatives. Monitor safety performance, escalate critical issues, and communicate findings and compliance gaps across all management levels. Maintain safety subject matter expertise and credentials. Create comprehensive monthly reports covering projects, incidents, trend analysis (if any) and the status of safety initiatives. Work independently with limited direction and communicate effectively with team members. Perform site visits to interact with team, audit for compliance and execution of safety programs. Lead investigations for incidents that occur within your district and provide support for investigations in other districts. Utilize data from investigations and develop thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage other safety professionals across a vast area of operation in West Texas and New Mexico. The QHSE Manager position is a full-time position. Pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship. Requirements Local candidates preferred. Prefer a candidate e with both oilfield and safety experience. Experience: 7 years minimum oilfield safety, 3 years oilfield safety management Education: Associates or Bachelors in a safety related field preferred Credentials/certifications: BCSP Credentials preferred (CSP, ASP, GSP, CSHT)
