JOB OVERVIEW

The QHSE Manage will be responsible for the quality, health, safety and environmental processes and systems across the Interket UK site. Salary requirements dependent upon experience. This role requires excellent organisation and communication skills. Salary will be dependent upon skills / experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A qualification in any of the above areas, in addition to relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
• Experience in conducting inspections or audits within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing health and safety / quality practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis to address complex issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

General:

• Develop Company policies and procedures in relation to Health & Safety and general company standards
• To liaise with external supporting bodies and to provide general QHSE advice to line managers and colleagues
• Coordinate and provide training for employees as required
• Generate and share performance figures and statistics.
• Prepare and maintain a disaster recovery plan for the business
