Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented QHSE Manager to join our team, based in Jeddah, KSA. We envisage success in this role to include: Monitoring and enforce standards of safety in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and Client requirements. Performing facility inspections and reporting on condition affecting daily operations Monitoring and tracking all facility-related activities. Providing FM technical support to the maintenance teams. Reviewing and inspect work areas, determining potential occurrence of safety hazards. Observing and ensure staff on site always; wear personal protective equipment, use hard hats and protective footwear, operate construction equipment in a safe manner and follow KEO’s safety policies. Conducting daily inspections of the projects to ensure compliance and, where applicable, make recommendations for change. In case of emergency determine and investigate the cause of the accident, establish a report and provide recommendation(s) to prevent future occurrences. Developing and implement safety policies needed to reduce accident-related costs. Regulating set policies, soliciting input from managers and workers. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in any relevant field. Professional certification ASQ CMQ/OE, Lead Auditor in QMS, FMS, OHS, EMS, RMS and BCMS as well as ESG & Sustainable certification is desired. NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, OSH Professional, NFPA 101, 70E and other known international certifications in Health, safety and environment is a must. Able to lead the team in creating standardize structure of the policies and procedures and should be highly versed in local and international standards including legal requirements. Responsibilities
