As part of our growth, we are looking for a QHSE Manager to lead and oversee the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) strategy and operations across all Australian sites, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.   YOUR TASKS:   Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures across all Australian operations. Monitor compliance with national and international standards. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate audits and inspections to ensure continuous improvement. Provide strategic guidance to site HSE teams and senior management. Report on QHSE performance metrics to corporate leadership. Represent the company in external QHSE forums and regulatory meetings. Support training and development programs for QHSE staff.    YOUR PROFILE:   Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in the energy or construction sector.  Proven leadership in managing multi-site QHSE operations. Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
