Are you passionate about QHSE and committed to driving excellence in Quality, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards? Join our growing food catering team and play a key role in strengthening compliance, promoting a strong safety and quality culture, and ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor QHSE and Food Safety procedures across catering operations

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE food safety, health & safety, and environmental requirements
• Conduct regular kitchen, canteen, hygiene and food safety inspections
• Monitor HACCP implementation, CCPs, food handling, storage and hygiene practices
• Conduct internal audits and prepare inspection reports
• Identify risks, non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Conduct staff training on food safety, hygiene, health & safety and QHSE procedures
• Maintain QHSE documentation, records and compliance reports
• Support investigations of incidents, complaints and food safety issues
• Liaise with management, schools, clients and relevant authorities when required

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Food Safety, Food Science, Environmental Health, QHSE or related field

* Experience in food catering, central kitchens, restaurants, hospitality or school catering

*Knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems

* Familiarity with UAE food safety and QHSE requirements

*Strong inspection, reporting and communication skills

* Relevant Food Safety / HACCP / QHSE certifications will be an advantage

*Ability to work independently and across multiple operational locations

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
