QHSE TECHNICIAN

Currently based in Stonehouse, the Company has grown over the past 10 years and. during 2025 will be moving to a larger and improved production facility in Gloucester.
The QHSE Technician supports the day-to-day implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures across engineering operations.
For this role you will need to have a good level of education along with demonstrable experience of working in a QHSE or technician role within an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment. A NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) would be an advantage along with an engineering or technical apprenticeship or HNC/HND.
You will be familiar with QHSE software or digital reporting tools and have experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.
The main duties of the role are:
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable them to quickly establish effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy are essential. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
The candidate will be self-motivated with a desire to set high standards of work performance for themselves and for others. Being innovative and open to new ideas with the ability to positively adapt to change is essential in this role.
