OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A REGIONAL QHSE & COMPLIANCE MANAGER TO BE PART OF THEIR QSHE TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST - EASILY ASSESSIBLE.

The Regional QHSE & Compliance Manager’s responsibles are:

• Lead QHSE management systems across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and corporate policies.
• Drive safety culture, conduct audits/inspections, and manage incident investigations with corrective action plans.
• Oversee import/export compliance, including customs regulations, sanctions, and international trade laws, while advising leadership on compliance risks.
• Manage subcontractor portfolio covering trucking, transportation, and cargo handling vendors, including procurement, contracts, and audits.
• Lead and develop a team of QHSE and trade compliance professionals, set KPIs, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with authorities, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree and above

• Min 5 years’ QSHE experience in a leadership role in logistics / supply chain industryWell-versed in safety, environmental, and trade compliance regulations in Singapore and Malaysia
