REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent certifications with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QHSSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of local and international QHSSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills to promote a positive safety culture.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation techniques, and QHSSE tools/software.

• Develop and implement QHSSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and implement hazard control measures.
• Lead incident/accident reporting and investigations, preparing detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Deliver QHSSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors.
• Perform audits and compliance checks with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, setting objectives, and monitoring KPIs.
