    We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Support Coordinator at Corymbia State School to lead the OSHC program in a school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate for the Inclusion Support Coordinator role will have the following:

  • Experience with training, coaching and management of a team
  • Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit our TheirCare values: Caring, Open and Engaged

REQUIREMENTS:

In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • First Aid + CPR Certificate
  • Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
  • Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This role is Permanent Part Time.

  • Collaborate with the team to design and deliver a creative, childcentred, inclusive program that meets the needs of all childrenand families.
  • Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
  • Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
  • Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
  • Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
  • Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
  • Career development and progression pathways
  • Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way
