As a Sales Associate, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives and gain deep insights into our full Volvo Trucks portfolio.
  • Engage with new and existing customers, helping them find tailored solutions that make a real difference to their business.
  • Use digital tools and CRM systems to track your progress and make data-informed decisions.
  • Prepare accurate, clear, and commercially sound quotes with guidance and support.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and improve processes, translating technical information into easy-to-understand customer value.
  • Represent Volvo at events and activities, building strong connections across the industry.
  • Stay curious, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast-moving, future-focused industry.
