* ServiceNow CI/CD Architect Expertise: Implementing end-to-end DevOps for ServiceNow apps, moving beyond Update Sets to Scoped Applications. * Strategic Platform Leadership: Guide the ongoing development of the ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring it reflects both organisational priorities and evolving technology opportunities. * Hold a ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Certified Master Architect. * Architecture & AI Enablement: Design flexible, secure ServiceNow solutions across key modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM); explore and apply AI features such as predictive intelligence and virtual agents to enhance user experience and efficiency. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a range of business and technical teams to understand needs, communicate architectural directions, and support the delivery of enhancements that create lasting value. * Governance & Best Practice: Help build and maintain a strong foundation of development standards, governance, and shared best practices to promote consistency, transparency, and quality across the platform. * Lead or contribute to platform and product evaluations, RFPs, business case design, strategy formulation, roadmap development, and technology landscape assessments.
