Responsibilities
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with strata managers and underwriters to support the growth of the business, highlighting, addressing and escalating any significant issues of concern affecting service delivery
  • Support business sponsorships by attending all events and providing the team with opportunities wherever possible to attend
  • Ensure the national broking operations model is adhered to by all employees
  • Contribute to BCB Group’s business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business
